MAY HIGHLIGHT
Making an Impact in Barrington, Illinois
Throughout this school year, the Impact Group has been honored to support Barrington 220 Unified School District in implementing its strategic plan, Framework 220.
After a comprehensive community engagement process in which over 4,000 individuals contributed their insights to the plan, Barrington 220 asked the Impact Group to assist in facilitating design teams, developing objectives, building structures to track progress, and supporting the first full year of implementation. The collective efforts have resulted in a long-term, aspirational plan that is guiding transformational work throughout Barrington 220.
In April, Impact Group Partner Phil Herman was back in Barrington to work with objective implementation teams to identify ongoing measures for each of the strategic objectives currently underway. We are proud of our work with Barrington and grateful for their partnership in developing an actionable strategic plan.
